When it comes to wine, place matters and no wine tells this story better than Point Taken, a full-bodied Shiraz from the Western Cape of South Africa. Known for being a headturner of epic proportions, this grape tastes so different than it’s French twin, Syrah. Our Shiraz is grown in some of the most breathtaking vineyards in the entire world: the Western Cape. Here in South Africa, green pastures glow against the blue hue of nearby mountains. These mountains keep the vines cool and safe from bad weather as they ripen all summer long. Historic estates stud the green hills where we’ve been prefecting the art of turning Shiraz into great wine since the 17th century.
